SUMMARY
Employee is expected to perform a variety of jobs within the department and company, based on requirements defined by management which could include clerical and office work.
Performs shipping functions to include packaging, boxing, documentation and loading of delivery vehicles. Receiving functions include, unpacking, documentation and delivering to requisitioning departments and unloading of delivery vehicles. Assembles and routes various types of interdepartmental correspondence, mail and packaged material by performing the following duties.

Must possess the ability to work closely with others and willing to promote a Team player concept.
Prepare and deliver to the HR safety department, a list of items that have been received by the company as well as any MSDS sheets that have been delivered with product.
Maintain a positive customer relations atmosphere with company employees as well as outside customers/companies.
Pick up company mail at the post office every morning and deliver to the Human Resource receptionist.
Responsible for the pick up and processing of company mail and delivery to the post office prior to the close of daily business.
Will pick up, process and deliver interdepartmental mail and deliver to the appropriate departments.
Receive incoming product by unloading, unpacking and processing receipts on computer system for delivery to requisitioning personnel or department.
Deliver and pick up products to and from local suppliers.
Prepare and package products using appropriate methods and materials for shipping.
Pack and ship Hazardous Material in accordance with current requirements.
Process outbound shipments utilizing computer systems or written manifests.
Requisition, monitor and maintain store material for anticipated shipping/receiving requirements.
Minimal knowledge of computer usage is helpful.

SUMMARY

Plans, develops, directs, and coordinates manufacturing processes. Responsible for the design of production tools and/or machines for developing solutions to production problems relating to materials, processes and tooling. Develops new production processes, designing tooling and machinery. Will set up new equipment to ensure satisfactory operation of new equipment and instruct others to use the machine while performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Will be required to work with various departments to create, modify and/or improve machines, fixtures or tooling to ensure a safe and productive work process & environment.
